Tripoli, July 21, 2021 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, Dr. Muhammad Al-Mnifi, received a cable of congratulations from the President of the State of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas, on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Adha.

In his telegram, President Abbas congratulated the Libyan people and the Presidential Council on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, wishing Libya progress and prosperity.
