Tripoli, 8 July, 2021 (Lana) - An expanded technical meeting was held that included the Central Committee of the Ministry of Interior to follow up on aspects of cooperation and support provided by regional and international organizations with the director and members of the International Center for Migration Policies Development and strengthening national mechanisms to address regular and irregular migration.

During this meeting, the director of the center presented a summary of the content and functions of this center.

It was agreed to strengthen the bonds of joint cooperation to serve the interests and aspirations of the Ministry of Interior, especially in this file, which is considered a major security challenge. The Ministry seeks to develop successful ways to reduce the repercussions of this vital and sensitive file.
