Tripoli, 11 June 2021(Lana) British Minister of State for Middle East and North Africa Affairs James Cleverly who has just returned from a visit to Libya issued two tweets on the visit, following is what he had to say:

‘I have just concluded a visit Libya, during which I was delighted to meet a several politicians, and political activists who were worked for a brighter and a prosperous future for the Libyan people, and I will publish more in the coming hours.’

‘The meeting with the Foreign Minister Najla Al Mangoush was positive, we talked about British support for the peace process in Libya, the ceasefire and holding the forthcoming Dec.24 elections on set time.’
