Welcoming Najla Al Mangoush: UAE Foreign Minister Highlights GNU Effort to Consolidate Peace and Stability.

Abu Dhabi, 6 June 2021(Lana) UAE Foreign Minister Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nhayan voiced his country’s support for a peaceful and stable Libya.

This came at an audience Bin Zayed held with Najla Al Mangoush, the Libyan Foreign Minister, accompanying the President of Presidency Council on a visit to the UAE.

Bilateral relations, and importance of backing up the Government of National Unity at this juncture, and preparing for the general elections on DEC. 24 were discussed at the meeting.

Bin Zayed welcomed the visit of Al Mangoush and underscored the close brotherly relationship between the two countries.

The UAE supports all efforts leading to a peaceful stable Libya, and stands alongside the people of Libya to achieve their aspirations of development and prosperity, he said.
