GNU and Spanish Delegation Sign Memos of Understanding.

Tripoli, 4 June 2021(Lana) The Government of National Unity Thursday signed a number of memos of understanding with Spain in different areas.

This came at the end a meeting the Head of the Government Abdul Hamid Al Dbeiba held with the visiting Spanish Prime Minster Pedro Sanchez in Tripoli.

According to a Government statement, the two sides agreed to upgrade exchange in the healthcare area particularly in combating the CoronaVirus scourge.

There was an agreement for treatment of Libyan children suffering from cancer in Spanish hospitals.

In the investment area, the two sides agreed to boost investments in renewable energy and to carry out spatial development by the Spanish Oil Company Repsol .
