Moscow, 16 May 2021(Lana) UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres discussed with Russian President Vladimir Putin a number of issues including the situation in Libya, according to the Russian Sputnik agency.

Sputnik quoted the Kremlin as saying the two men discussed in Moscow settlement of situations in Libya, Yemen and also the situation in Afghanistan.

Guterres said in remarks at the Universal University in Moscow, discussing these issues aims to find out how can the UN and Russia work together to resolve crises, support local population, and create right conditions for restoring stability.
