Ankara, 12 April 2021(Lana) National Unity Government Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Omran Al Geib met in Ankara his Turkish Counterpart Ziya Selcuk as part of the Libyan-Turkish Strategic Cooperation Council.

Turkish News Agency quoted Selcuk as saying in a tweet ‘I have met my Counterpart Libyan Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research as part of the High Libyan-Turkish Strategic Cooperation Council.

He said ‘we stressed our common wish to upgrade joint cooperation.’
