Tripoli, 4 April 2021(Lana) The Pope has described recent political developments in Libya as a beacon of hope for peace and security in the country.

The Pope expressed in remarks carried by the French news agency, his wishes that peace would put an end to ‘saber rattling in Libya’ and that lastly there is a beacon of hope for the North African country.
