Al-Mishri discusses with Danglu the current situation in Libya and the presence of mercenaries in the Libyan territories
Pulbished on:Niamey April 3, 2021 (LANA) - President of the Supreme Council of State, Khaled Al-Mishri, met with the First Vice President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council in the Republic of Sudan, Lieutenant General Muhammad Hamdan Danglu and his accompanying delegation, on the sidelines of Al-Mishri’s visit to Niger.
According to the media office of the Supreme Council of State, the meeting touched on the current situation in Libya and the presence of mercenaries there.
Lieutenant General "Danglu" stressed the need for all mercenaries to leave Libya, and that if there is any Sudanese in Libya without the permission of the Libyan authorities, he is considered "mercenary", according to the media office.
He added that in light of the reconciliation between the Sudanese government and the opposition, the Sudanese opposition can return to Sudan, stressing at the same time the importance of positive cooperation between the two brotherly countries in all fields, especially in the security aspect and border protection.
In his turn, Al-Mishri emphasized the depth of relations between the two brotherly countries, looking at the same time to establish fruitful relations on all political, economic and security levels.
