Pulbished on:Tripoli, 28 March, 2021 (Lana) - The first meeting of the Permanent Central Committee for Administrative and Staff Development was held at the Ministry of Interior in Tripoli, on Sunday morning.
During the meeting, a number of issues of importance were discussed regarding the mechanism of the committee's work progress, the context of its tasks and its objectives, the presentation of difficulties and challenges, as well as the results of the committee’s work and the difficulties it faced in the past.
The head of the committee stressed the importance of pursuing a scientific approach and building a scientific reference base and constants through which administrative development work would be launched in a way that strengthens the mission of the Ministry of Interior and enhances performance with a strategic and forward-looking vision.
The head of the committee expressed his thanks and appreciation to the members of the committee, stressing his confidence in the committee to overcome difficulties and make every effort to make the tasks assigned to the committee succeed in accordance with objective and precise practical standards.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the committee put forward several recommendations, and it has also been decided that the committee’s meetings would be held weekly. It is worth noting that the committee was recently reconstituted and includes a number of highly qualified specialists.
