Tunis, March 27, 2021 (LANA) - Tunisian Foreign Minister Othman Al-Jarandi held a session of talks with his Italian counterpart, Luigi Di Maio, on the developments of political events in Libya.

According to the media office of the Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two sides discussed the reality of the Tunisian-Italian relations and the prospects for their development in various fields.

The meeting represented an occasion to review the positive developments recorded in the Libyan file, and they urged the importance of continuing coordination and consultation on efforts to support stability in Libya, leading to the holding of elections scheduled for the end of December of this year.
