Turkey and United States Welcome Progress in Libyan Political Process Following Parliamentary Confidence for National Unity Government.

Tripoli, 24 March 2021(Lana) Turkey and the United States have welcomed progress of Libyan political process, ensuring stability in Libya after the Government of National Unity has gained confidence of the House of Representatives.

This came in a telephone conversion between the Spokesmen of the Turkish Government Ibrahim Gulen and the US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan during which they discussed bilateral relations and regional issues including Libya.
