Libyan Tunisian Hold Session of Talks in Presence of Al Mnefi and Saed.

Tripoli, 17 March 2021(Lana) A session of talks was held at the Guest Palace in Tripoli by Libyan and Tunisian sides led by President of the Presidency Council Mohamed Al Mnefi and Tunisian President Qeis Saeid.

The talks were also attended on the Libyan side by Deputies to the President of Presidency Council Musa Al Koni and Abdullah Al Lafi, the Head of National Unity Government Abdul Hamid Al Dbeba and a number of cabinet ministers.

Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates and a number of Saeid advisers attended the session.

The talks focused on upgrading bilateral exchange in the areas of health, economy and exchange of expertise and flow of goods between the two countries.

It also dealt with a host of issues including activating and upgrading agreements signed by the two countries to suit the current requirements particularly in the economic and trade areas, as well as facilitating financial movement between the central banks in both countries and cooperation in combating Covid 19.
