National Unity Government Takes Oath Before Parliament in Tobruk.

Tobruk, 15 March 2021(Lana) The Head of the Libyan National Unity Government Abdul Hamid Al Dbeiba, his two deputies Hussain Al Gatrani and Ramadan Bujnah and members of the cabinet were sworn at a Parliament meeting here on Monday.

The Head of UNG and Cabinet members took the oath of office in the presence of the Chief Justice, the President of High Court, the President of Presidency Council and his deputies, the President of the High Council of State and members of the diplomatic corps.

The oath of office reads: ‘I solemnly swear by Allah, the Magnificent that I would execute office with dedication and commitment to the best of my ability, and to remain faithful to the goals of the Feb. 17 Revolution, and to respect the constitutional declaration, and to care for the interests of the Libyan people, and to seek to preserve the independence, security and territorial integrity of Libya.’
