High Council of State examines constitutional violations that marred the procedures for amending the executive authority.

 Tripoli, 15 March, 2021 (Lana) - The Supreme Council of State headed by its president, Khaled Al-Mishri, held its 59th regular session Sunday, in the capital, Tripoli to discuss the latest political developments.

Members of the Council discussed during the session the constitutional violations that marred the procedures for amending the executive authority. The Media Office of the Council confirmed that it was agreed to communicate with the House of Representatives and the Government of National Unity to address these violations and include the outcomes of the dialogue on the executive authority in the constitutional declaration in agreement with the State Council, so that the government can implement its tasks and exercise its competencies according to the outcomes of the political dialogue.
