Al-Dbaiba called in a speech after his government granted confidence in the House of Representatives to heal and compensate for what it had missed in the period of division that occurred in recent years, indicating that the Libyan nation still needs its representatives and all its capabilities to reach the required benefits, starting with the approval of the unified budget and the referendum law, leading to the adoption of an effective local government law, and the upcoming elections.

Al-Dbaiba stressed the need for the war not to be repeated a second time, nor for us to kill each other again, and we can only be for each other.
He expressed his keenness to hear the complaints of people and citizens who are suffering in every street, in every region, and in every home.
He also expressed his thanks to the United Nations mission, the members of the 75th Political Dialogue Committee, and all the countries that contributed to hosting the dialogue sessions and supported it with all force.

In his speech, the Prime Minister of the National Unity Government said: "With your efforts, your strength and your will, which you have achieved today and demonstrated in this forum, we will reach Libya to safety."
