Tripoli, February 23, 2021 (LANA) - The US ambassador to Libya, Richard B. Norland, affirmed his country's full support to the Special Envoy of the United Nations Secretary-General Kubis in his call for the relevant Libyan institutions to respect the roadmap approved by the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum.

The ambassador said in a "tweet" published on the official page of the US embassy

(The United States fully supports the Special Envoy of the United Nations Secretary-General, "Kubis," in his call for the relevant Libyan institutions to respect the roadmap approved by the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum ‘LPDF’ and to take the next steps leading to the December elections, including reconvening the House of Representatives as soon as possible to give confidence.
