Sirte, 14 February, 2021 (WAL) - The Mines and War Remnants Removal Company, in cooperation with the Criminal Investigation Department in Misurata, completed the first phase by removing mines from the entire coastal road to the 50th KM Gate, west of Sirte, in a large operation to clear the area of mines and remnants of war. The company embarked on the implementation of the second phase, which is the collection of war remnants from the Abu Qurain area to the al-Khamsin Gate, west of Sirte. In a statement on its website, the battalion called on citizens in the interior and valleys to take caution and during their presence in the region from mines and remnants of war that have not been dealt with.
