Russian Foreign Minister Congratulates Al Mnefi and Dbaiba, Says Russia Prepared to Work With New Executive Authority.

Tripoli, 9 February 2021(Lana) Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavarov has congratulated the Head of Presidency Council Mohamed Al Mnefi and the Head of Government Abdul Hamid Dbaiba on their election to the new executive authority in Libya.

This came in a phone contacts Lavarov made with the President of Presidency Council, and the Head of Government Dbiaba, indicating that Russia was prepared to work with the new authority.
