MOSCOW, 25 January, 2021 - The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, Mikhail Bogdanov, said that his country is acting in Libya with complete transparency. The Russian news agency Sputnik quoted "Bogdanov" as confirming in a statement to reporters Monday, that Moscow is in contact with all Libyan political forces, whether in the west or east of the country, and with the reconciliation government and parliament.
