Italian Undersecretary hopes that December elections will unite all Libyans.

 ROME, 25 January, 2021 (Lana) - The Italian Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs, Manlio Di Stefano, announced that Italian government officials will carefully follow up, the results of the meeting of the Italian-Libyan Economic Committee last December, during the coming months with Libyan friends, as he put it.  

In statements to The Watcher Post, Di Stefano expressed his country's hope that the elections scheduled to take place in Libya on December 24, 2021 will achieve political unification that brings all Libyans together towards the economic prosperity of their country.

Stefano stressed, that several countries have, in recent years, caused divisions and chaos in Libya, noting the importance of stability, which everyone must be keen on.
