Siala: Libya Has Started Developing Free Zones in Coastal Cities.

Tripoli, 25 January 2021(Lana) GNA Foreign Minister Mohamed Siala said the Government was continuing developing several free zones in the Libyan coastal cities, and resuming work on suspended projects within a plan aimed at linking Libya with a number of neighboring African countries with a railway which will make Libya a key region of free trade and commercial exchange.

A statement published by the Ministry’s Foreign Information Department on its SMS page said Siala give the remarks at a workshop held by the Common Market of East and Southern Africa COMESA via video conferencing on Monday, in which he noted the execution of a ground road which trespassed the Libyan borders southbound to reach Madama in Niger and Ndjamena and Niame.
