Municipal Councils of Western Al Zawiya and Al Rujban are sworn in.

Tripoli, 24 January, 2021 (Lana) - Members of the elected municipal councils of Western Zawiya and al-Rujban were sworn-in, Sunday, before the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Local Government in charge of running the affairs of the ministry, "Abd al-Bari Shenbaro" at the ministry's headquarters in Tripoli. 

The Ministry of Local Government said on its Facebook account that “Othman Muhammed Abdullah Al-Shabani” was sowrn-in as mayor of Al-Rujban municipality in its second session this afternoon, accompanied by elected members of the council and in the presence of a number of directors of departments and offices, ministry employees, the Central Committee for Municipal Elections and guests. Abdul Karim Salem Rahumeh Al-Abah was sworn in as mayor of Western Al-Zawiya municipality in its second session, accompanied by elected members of the municipal council.
