Pashagha: We Are in Constant War Against All Symbols of Corruption.

Tripoli,  9.12.2020(Lana)  GNA Minister of Interior Fathi Pashagha has affirmed that we  in Libya are in constant war against symbols of corruption at all levels. Corruption, he explained, no matter how trivial it is, is a weapon which kills nations and destroy states.

In remarks on the International Anti-corruption Day, Pashagha, said corruption ranges from negligence of duty to racketeering, misuse of authority and stealing of public funds.

Pashagha called on all judicial and control agencies to do their pit to hold perpetrators of crimes to account and prevent impunity.

The Ministry of Interior Ministry and its affiliates have  already embarked on a plan to get rid of corruption , by promoting corruption-combating approaches to government agencies, starting from their own base.

The goal is to contribute to making  Libya   transparent,  free of corruption, and a country that employs all its potential to achieve development and progress and better living standard for its people, he said.
