The Ministry of Justice announces hand over of a body found in the Tarhuna cemetery to its family.

Tripoli, 12 November, 2020 (Lana) -- The Ministry of Justice
announced Thursday that the body that had been found in a mass grave
in Tarhuna was handed over to its family.
The ministry explained in a post on its website that the body
belonged to the citizen "Ayad Emaar Salem al-Da'i" and was found in a
cemetery and was handed over today to its relatives at the
headquarters of the Forensic Medicine in Tripoli after being
identified through the clothes and markings of the body and the
necessary sampling.
It added that the process of handing over the body was carried out by
the committee charged with searching for mass graves in Tarhuna city
and under the supervision of the Attorney General's Office, in the
presence of members of the committee in charge of mass graves and the
director of the Department of Investigation and Criminal
Investigations in the Ministry of Interior and director of the
Department of Forensic Medicine and Analysis of the Center for
Judicial Experience and Research.
This is the second body identified and handed over to its relatives,
on Wednesday the body of an interior ministry officer that was found
in a mass grave in Tarhuna was also handed over to its family.
