AGOCO Gears up for Resuming Production at Sarir and Msala Oil Fields.

Tripoli, 24 September 2020(Lana) The CEO of the Arab Gulf Oil
Company Mohamed Bin Shatwan has announced that work was underway at
the Sarir and Msala oil fields to resume production, after 1 million
barrels of crude were transported from the reservoirs at Al Hreiga
terminal.
The terminal of Al Hreiga was expected to receive the oil tanker
'Heles' which will, according to the company's SMS page, will carry
those amounts of oil.
Ben Shatwan indicated that measures have been taken to resume
production and export of oil from the AGOCO fields.
This comes following an announcement by the NOC of start of
preparations for resuming exports from Al Hreiga on Wednesday.
