Tripoli, July 22, 2020 (WAL) - Advisor to the Minister of Local Government in the Government of National Accord "Abdel Majid Abu Gharra" met, at the Ministry's headquarters, with the advisor to the Italian Embassy in Libya (Niccolo Patroli) and the Director of the Economic and Social Development Program in Libya (Armeno Saco) in the framework of enhancing bilateral cooperation between the Ministry of Local government and Italy. Issues related to projects, especially the Solidarity Bridge Program, the second stage of implementation of a number of developmental, social and economic projects in a number of municipalities were evaluated during the meeting. According to the ministry's media site, the two parties agreed to open new horizons to support the capabilities of municipalities in order to improve services and develop them for citizens of municipalities.
