cargo business has stressed that most of the country's ports can
operate despite the economic instability and increasing violence.

normally, said Asem Al Barouni, Director General of the Tripoli-based

'There is no problems with the personnel..we work with all
authorities inside Seaports..progress is being made one way or the
other, Al Barouni said, indicating that attacks did not affect
