A security raid was conducted on the headquarters of expatriate workers in Misurata.

Misurata, 26 March 2023 (Lana) The Department of Special Tasks raided a residence for expatriate workers in the Karzaz area, Misurata, in cooperation with illegal immigration agency, after obtaining permission from the Public Prosecution.

According to the SMS page of the Special Tasks Department, the operation seized 245 African workers, who were referred to the deportation office for illegal immigrants in the city of Zliten of the Agency for Combating Illegal Immigration.

The operation came after complaints were received from the residents of the area about theft acts and disturbing behavior, including the raising of the sound of loud music by the workers, in addition to the absence of the simplest methods of maintaining cleanliness in their house and the surrounding area.
