Al-Mangoush meets Qatar's ambassador to Libya

Tripoli, March 07, 2023 (Lana) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Mangoush, met, Tuesday, Qatar's Ambassador to Libya, Khaled Al-Dosari.

  The ministry stated on its official website that the meeting discussed the latest developments of the political situation in the country, and the government's ongoing work to hold elections as soon as possible.

The two sides stressed the importance of strengthening joint Libyan-Qatari relations and developing partnership between the two countries in various fields.

The ambassador indicated his country's support for the efforts of the UN envoy in Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily to hold elections and enhance security and stability in Libya.
