Head of Energy Committee considers HCS vote on constitutional amendment blocks way for foreign interference.

Benghazi, March 02, 2023 (LANA) - Chairperson of Energy and Natural Resources Committee of the House of Representatives, Issa Al-Araibi, has welcomed the approval of the High Council of State the 13th constitutional amendment.
Al-Araibi said in a press statement that after the approval of the amendment by the State Council, the amendment becomes effective and blocks the way for foreign interference in Libyan affairs.
It is to be noted that the High Council of State voted earlier, Thursday, and approved by majority of members present the 13th constitutional amendment.
