Dabaiba and the Turkish Defense Minister sign two military cooperation agreements between the two countries.

Tripoli, October 25, 2022 (LANA) - the Prime Minister and Minister of Defense "Abdul Hamid Dabaiba" signed with the Turkish Minister of Defense "Khulusi Akar" at the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense in Istanbul two military agreements for cooperation between the two countries.

The first agreement provides for raising the efficiency of military aviation capabilities in Libya with the help of Turkish expertise in this field. The second agreement also included executive protocols for the security agreement signed by the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord in 2019, according to what was published by the Department of Information and Communication of the Government of National Unity on its official Facebook page.

The two parties held talks at the headquarters of the Turkish Ministry of Defense - the Libyan side included the Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chief of General Staff Lieutenant-General "Mohamed Al-Haddad", and the Turkish side, the Minister of Defense, and the Turkish Chief of General Staff, along with a number of officers and officials in the two armies - to discuss aspects of cooperation between the two armies. the two countries, in different fields.
