  Tripoli, 13 September, 2022 (Lana) - Representative of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi, attended Tuesday a ceremony honoring the oil and gas ministers, retired heads of the National Oil Corporation, and a number of personalities who finished their careers in the sector.

    The ceremony, which was also attended by members of the Energy Committee of the House of Representatives, and a number of ministers, comes in honor of the personalities for their strenuous efforts in the oil and gas sector, through many years of work and giving.

    In a speech on the occasion, Al-Lafi stressed the importance of appreciating those who devoted their lives to serving this sector, wishing the continuation of such honorable initiatives filled with messages of loyalty, and encouragement for future generations to follow the path of the personalities who contributed to the prosperity of the oil and gas sector, which is the main resource for Libya.
