Tripoli, September 08, 2022 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Manfi, received today, Thursday, the French Special Envoy to Libya, Paul Soler, in the presence of the French Ambassador to Libya, Beatrice Lefraber Duhelen.

The French special envoy to Libya handed over to the President of the Presidential Council a written message from French President "Manuel Macron".

The envoy expressed his and the French people's aspiration for more cooperation at all levels to consolidate relations between the two friendly countries, noting that the French President hopes to meet with the President of the Presidential Council, during the high-level meetings of the upcoming 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
