National Planning Council organizes discussion on strategic vision of National Reconciliation Project.

Tripoli, 7 September, 2022 (Lana) - The National Planning Council organized, Wednesday, in the capital, Tripoli, a discussion on the proposed strategic vision for the national reconciliation project, in the presence of the representative of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi.

The participants in the seminar will discuss the basic document of the National Strategy for National Reconciliation and its vision and goals for national reconciliation, in addition to many themes, including the governing principles, the roots of conflict, the project to end the conflict, the vision and goals, and the rule of law.

In his speech, the representative of the Presidential Council, "Abdullah Al-Lafi" stressed that the national reconciliation project must be with the participation of all Libyans of all stripes and their political and social components, and that it would be a Libyan-Libyan and inside the country without any exception, and be implementable with the participation of all Libyans, and it must be considered the private property of all Libyans.

Al-Lafi added that the Center for Law and Society Studies, Benghazi, presents a project for survey and opinion polls, we wish gains support of the media to inform the Libyans and give their feedback vis-à-vis the project, after which the first forum for National Reconciliation will be held to take us to elections..

For his part, the official in charge of the reconciliation file at the National Planning Council, Dr. Ali Ibrahim Jubail said in a statement to the Libyan News Agency that this episode is for the focus group and will be held with the participation of experts and specialists from different regions of the country, stressing that another seminar will be held in Benghazi in order to discuss the basic document of the national strategy for reconciliation, which was prepared through a series of studies carried out by the Center for Law Studies in Benghazi and the National Planning Council, includes a vision of goals for national reconciliation that can be modified.

 "Jbeil" added that this session will be held during the morning and evening periods for this day and aims to discuss the national vision of reconciliation and nation-building.
