(LANA): The Chargé d'Affairs of the Libyan Embassy in Tunisia forms a committee to follow up on the affairs of Libyan patients in Tunisian clinics.

Tunis, September 01, 2022 (LANA) - The Chargé d'Affairs of the Libyan Embassy in Tunis, "Mustafa Mohamed Qadara", has formed a committee to follow up on the affairs of Libyan patients receiving treatment in Tunisian hospitals and clinics, and to monitor their treatment progress and health conditions.

The decision to form the committee, which includes in its membership – (legal and security attaches at the embassy, ​​the security attaché at the Consulate General, and the deputy head of the health office) stipulated that its mission would be to visit all clinics contracted with the Libyan Ministry of Health, the Health Office in Tunisia and the Wounded Committee to treat patients at the expense of the Libyan state to stand their conditions, and whether their treatment is in accordance with the contracts, agreements and assignments concluded between them.

According to the decision, which the Libyan News Agency obtained a copy of, the committee will listen to the testimonies of some patients to follow up the debt payment process at the health office, and submit a detailed weekly report to the charge d’affaires on the results of its field visits to clinics and its meetings with patients.
