House of Representatives issues law to amend an article in the Supreme Court law on swearing an oath to court members.

Tobruk, 22 August 2022 (Lana) The House of Representatives issued yesterday, law NO. 4 of 2022 ,related to amending an article of the Supreme Court law related to taking the oath.
The law stipulated amending the second paragraph of the 8th article of law 6 of 1982 ,on re-organizing the supreme court to be sworn by the members of the court before the House of Representatives or the Presidency of the house.
The council had approved Council Presidency Decision NO.8 of 2022 regarding the appointment of advisors to the Supreme Court.
