An expanded meeting between the NOC and General Authority for Communications and Informatics.

Tripoli, 16 August 2022 (Lana)  The National Oil Corporation "NOC" held yesterday an expanded meeting with the General Authority for Communications and Informatics ,at the headquarters of NOC in Tripoli, devoted to discussing ways to enhance cooperation between the two sides.

During the meeting, issues of common interest were reviewed ,including joint projects and difficulties that prevent their fulfillment ,and mechanisms to overcome them.

The representatives of the NOC gave several presentations ,which dealt with information security ,and digital transformation of oil sector.

The meeting was attended on behalf of the corporation , directors of computer, communications, inspection and measurement departments , and a number of specialists in relevant departments of the Corporation and its oil companies , and on behalf of the Commission, the head of the General Authority for Communications and Informatics , the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Quality Communications Company , the Director General of the National Authority for Information Security and Safety, and a number of from the specialists.
