The Libyan ambassador to Yemen presents his credentials to the President of the Presidential Leadership Council (Rashad Al-Alimi).

Aden, August 15, 2022 (LANA) - Ambassador "Idris Abu Bakr" presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Chairman of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, President "Rashad Al-Alimi" at the Ma'ashiq Palace in the temporary Yemeni capital, Aden.

    The ambassador conveyed to the President the greetings of the Libyan people, the President of the Presidential Council and the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, and their wishes for good health and happiness, and stability and peace for the Yemeni people.

     For his part, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council welcomed the ambassador, conveying sincere greetings to President "Mohamed Al-Manfi", the Prime Minister and the Libyan people, and his appreciation for the historical bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and peoples.

   The presentation of the credentials and the meeting was attended by the Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, "Yahya Al-Shuaibi", the advisor to the Foreign Minister, Ambassador "Jamal Awad" and the head of presidential ceremonies, "Mohamed Haj Mahfouz".
