Pasha Agha presents roadmap for stability and recovery in Libya.

Benghazi, 21 June 2022 (Lana ) Prime Minister assigned by the House of Representatives Fathi Pashagha presented on Monday a roadmap for stability and recovery in order to ensure a better future for Libya.

This came during a statement by the Communication office of the PM ,yesterday , which indicated that the roadmap for recovery focuses on holding presidential and legislative elections without any delay, at the earliest date determined by the roadmap ,and in full cooperation with the High National Elections Commission so that the Libyan people will be the final decision-makers of their destiny and future.

  Pashagha explained that there are basic requirements for the success of the roadmap including ,"providing and ensuring an acceptable level of basic services by providing and protecting the basic quality of life services such as water ,electricity ,and the acceptable level of health and education services ,transparency ,accountability in all government processes, before ,during, and after the elections ,and financial accountability through the general budget law which was recently adopted  for first time in 8 years ,and this budget law will help rationalize spending and greatly reduce rate of corruption which has reached an unprecedented level, and provide a clear mandate to limit spending to basic sections such as salaries ,support, and basic expenses related to the basic services.
