Tripoli, January 14, 2022 (LANA) - The US Embassy in Libya said that it has contributed a large amount of cash and medical aid to help Libya fight the deadly Corona virus "Covid 19".

On its Twitter page, the embassy tweeted: (Since the beginning of the epidemic, the United States, through the United States Agency for International Development, has provided more than 20 million dollars in funding to combat the Corona virus and provided 1.4 million vaccines to Libya)

The embassy added in its tweet: (Our support helped deliver critical oxygen and cold chain equipment to health facilities across the country in addition to launching media campaigns explaining the importance of vaccination).
