Ministry of Youth Invites Libyan youth of both sexes to membership of local councils in municipalities.

 Tripoli, 4 January 2022 (Lana) The Ministry of Youth continues to implement its programs and plans to care for young people and promote public participation locally under the slogan ‘Youth First’ out of its belief in importance of youth involvement in local youth councils and their empowerment at the local and national level.

The Ministry has begun to establish youth councils in all municipalities with the aim of caring for them and implementing projects in the fields of small and medium industries, housing and other areas and based on the Cabinet decision No. 680 of 2021, regarding the establishment and organization of the work of local youth councils, the Ministry of Youth announces the opening of membership of local councils in municipalities of both sexes.
